1. Wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper) snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you’d normally wear a bracelet.

2. Note the measurement in inches or cm.

3. Add 0.25–0.5 inch (0.5–1.0 cm) for a close fit, or add 0.75–1 inch (1.5–2.5 cm) for a looser, draped fit.
